RETURNS POLICY
CHANGE OF MIND
Maia and Mou does not offer refunds for change of mind. If you do have a change of mind we must be notified within 14 days of purchasing the item.
We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a credit note provided you paid full price, the item is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached.
Maia and Mou does not cover shipping costs for change of mind items.
CHANGE OF SIZE
Maia and Mou provides a sizing table for each product page. The sizing table informs you of the sizing of the garment itself. Please ensure you read this before you make your purchase as an exchange of size will result in the customer paying for shipping costs on returned items.
HOW IT WORKS

• Upon receipt of the goods, we will provide you a store credit so you can shop for your new items.
• If we do not have your size in stock, the store credit will remain valid for a purchase at a later date.
FAULTY ITEMS
We encourage you to check over all items upon arrival as we need to know of any faults or sizing issues within 3 days of receiving. If an item arrives in a faulty condition, please notify us via the contact form on our website or email hello@maiaandmou.com.au.
Your products will be inspected and we will offer either a refund or replacement. Refunds for faulty items are provided only if the item is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are final and we will not accept any returns, exchanges or credit notes for these items. Please choose wisely before making your purchase.
If you purchase during a promo-code sale, where items are discounted when entering a discount code during a flash sale or sale period, we will accept exchanges for a size exchange only (you will be invoiced for the extra shipping charge) provided we are notified within 7 days of purchase and we have the size available.
REFUND POLICY
• Returns for change of mind are not offered (see RETURNS section). Where a return is accepted (e.g., size exchange or as otherwise agreed), a store credit will be issued.
• For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Maia and Mou will cover return shipping and issue a refund or replacement once inspected.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
• Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
• Sale items and gift cards are non‑refundable unless faulty.
